The ovum donation program is run on a strictly confidential and anonymous basis. This policy begins with the application that you are submitting. Your Application Form is transmitted immediately to our secure database. The actual application form that you are filing out will be instantly and irretrievably deleted/destroyed. Your name and identifying information in our database will be encrypted. Your identifying information will only be viewed by our staff and associated professionals. All donors in the program are assigned a code number. All references to your medical history and any other personal information are limited to this code name.

Our policy is that all ovum donations are performed on an anonymous basis unless both you and the ovum donor and the recipient patients give their express permission to release their identities.
